The Item has a warranty for 12 months on the manufacture and does not cover either plastic or glass rear window

1. Not fit item to the vehicle

2. Inform the seller ASAP before returning item.

3. Pictures of any faults or issues to be sent to the seller

4. All returns costs are the responsibility of the buyer and once we receive item, confirms its a manufacturing fault. we will refund the shipping cost and provide an exchange. if the item is not faulty and is due to incorrect fitting. No REFUND will be given.

5. Its is the buyers responsibility to ensure they purchase the correct hood for their vehicle.

6. No change of mind policy as our hoods are made to order only.

7. All Non UK customers are responsible to check their countries VAT and CUSTOMS DUTIES policies as we will not be held accountable for the charges and delays that may be occurred. You may need to provide further information and also pay taxes before your item can be released. Please do check your countries website customs page before purchasing.
